a.k.a. "things to express Clear's robotic nature". Some are canon (•) or canon extrapolations (▸), some are inventions on my part (▹). Some are things your character may notice.

• He is extremely strong and can move very fast when he puts all his capability to use.

• His sense of hearing is extreme. He can hear sounds at much further distances than any human, or hear a human's heart beating in their chest.

• He has no heart or heartbeat.

• He is capable of eating, drinking, and produces waste from the result, however...

▹ ...while eating is unnecessary, he does need to take in water on occasion.

▸ He'll eat and drink at meals when others insist on it, but otherwise he'll pass since food is "wasted" on him.

• He does not sleep.

• During sex, he produces the fluids you'd expect a man to, but they have no flavor.

▹ Neither do his kisses.

▹ He doesn't sweat or otherwise accrue body odor, but he'll wash up when he gets physically dirty.

▸ He doesn't actually need to breathe for oxygen, but he does to speak. It also happens for the sake of "realism" and he may act out of breath when exerting himself. Because seriously, a robot that needs to breathe to function makes no sense....

▹ He has a scar-like patch of skin under the short hairs of his nape. It's more tangible than visible. This is where "Grandfather" removed the traces of his serial number. (In some AUs the serial number R-2E-054 will still be present, looking like raised lines of scar tissue.)

▹ His blush reflex only affects his face.

▹ He's ticklish! But it's a bit of programming that only kicks in in relaxed/intimate situations. (A ticklish robot is good for human bonding, but bad in the middle of a fight, right?) His weak spot: the sides of his belly, right where his shirt sometimes hangs too short.

Clear is a machine built to be taken for a human (young adult male), but the attentive can start to figure him out. By default he wears a gas mask all the time because he was led to believe his face is abnormal and can never be shown to others. He'll remove it if coaxed to by someone he deeply trusts (a state that can be handwaved for meme CR purposes).

In terms of tropes, Clear is best summarized as a Crouching Moron, Hidden Badass. When first met he is inexplicable and absurd. He overall is used as a comedic-relief sort of character who reacts to the world in ways that others find confusing and frustrating, passing him off as just some gas-mask weirdo due to his childish ignorance of the world and situations around him.

When time is taken to get to know him, however, he's revealed to be a thoughtful fellow in need of some kindness and understanding. He's a machine of very little experience, after all, trying to find his way in a world with no defined place for him. His silly tendencies remain but better emphasized is his energetic cheer, kindness, loyalty, and even romantic nature.

Format: I prose by default but will match any style I'm tagged with.

Backtagging: Please!

Fourthwalling: Doesn't bother me.

Flirting/Hugging/Kissing: Yes to all of this. Feel free to assume a pre-existing level of CR for shippy states.

Shipping: Shipping is my favorite, I cannot lie. Crosscanon and any gender welcome! Clear falls in love with personality first. Only OOC restriction is that characters be 21+, with exceptions made for Noizes.

Sex: Conditional yes. If it's not a smutty meme, but we've been tagging a while, our style is meshing, and the thread is naturally turning that direction in a consensual fashion? Clear will totally go there. Fade-to-black is more than fine, too.

Fighting: Yes. Keep in mind Clear is a robot with strength and reflexes much stronger than a human's when he puts them all to use.

Injuring: Yes. He can be repaired!

Killing/Death: Conditional yes, if it's relevant to the meme at hand somehow.

Violence/Gore/Squicks: Overall text-based violence and gore doesn't bother me.

Telepathy/Mind-Reading: Yes. He has no mental defenses and it's a significant part of his canon that he actually has a readable mind despite being a manmade robot.
